This guy is terrible. He was hired through OffTheRecord and hasn't done a single thing in 3 weeks other than bash the court instead of handling a simple traffic violation citation. The court was significantly more helpful than my own attorney.
Since you refuse to take accountability, here are some more screenshots. He told me via the app that a notice of appearance was filed. The court as well as my new attorney said there is no such record of that happening. Instead of taking accountability saying "sorry, I dropped the ball. I'll get this handled" he's shifting blame like a teenager. Get better at your job man.

Horrible communication. I had to do my own research and call their firm weekly for updates myself. They will only call you the day before court and not tell you what happened with call conferences. You have to find out yourself. I basically did everything myself so if you want to just throw your money away hes your best bet.
