I hired Richard as my lawyer n was Happy with my experience now my family uses him for they services. Gd lawyer some cases are hard to do some he took from my friends n family some he didn't cuz was hard n if he didn't no other lawyer did so shows to me gave the best effort.
I had Richard Weiner as my attorney for a American with Disabilities Act violation it was a clear cut case. Mr. Weiner took the case with much enthusiasm and eagerness and 2 months prior to the 2 year statue of limitations expiration, he sent me a letter via U.S. Mail stating he is no longer going to represent me. Mr. Weiner avoided my calls, emails and I believe the casino bribed him... why would he drop me as a client on such a case that was caught on video??? Mr. Weiner never subpoenaed the video from the casino I worked at where the blatant violation occurred and were no longer available when he dropped me as he client. I regret no filing a complaint against Mr. Weiner to the P.A. bar association. He is a snake.
