Alexa Cummings, secretary at office is the most rude, ignorant, uneducated person we have ever encountered. I have a court order indicating I shall receive my half of the interest in a joint own property and this money was to be in my hand on or before August 12, 2022. I called 2 weeks ago and was told the check is in the mail (certified). As of today I have not received such, so I called the Cummings office and was told by Alexa that they are doing their billing and the check has not been mailed yet. When I informed her of my conversation 2 weeks prior she replied "who did you talk to because it wasn't me". When I could not remember the name, we asked her when we can expect the funds to be mailed. Alexa's reply; "It is none of my concern when she decides to mail my money". Alexa referred to me as "honey" when I asked to speak with her supervisor, which is refused. Alexa ranted on, continuously speaking over me for the entire conversation and then hung up on me when I asked her to allow one person to speak at a time. What do you mean it is none of my concern when you mail me my court order funds??? Poor customer service, extremely unprofessional and clearly uneducated. The actual client in this case is my sister, Melissa.
