Disappointed: Called the firm to ascertain some background and experience of the firm in a particular field. Thirty seconds into the conversation, Ben advised its $2,000 down, and almost $300 per hour. I advised him I wanted to get some background information to see if they would be the right fit for our case, to feel comfortable based on their experience. His follow-up was to call back when I'm ready to make payment. Was nice and professional, but disappointing we have to make payment before getting background and experience in a particular field.
