Tbh... I didn't beat my case but I only paid 3k... not familiar enough with lawyers to say I'm ok with this or not... still waiting sentencing and I hope he does me right cuz I'm facing a dui for thc and I had not been impaired or driving reckless, i was working and also passed my sobriety test. I don't drive impaired, I wouldn't. I lost a dear friend to a drunk driver and I have to be a good example for my child... again I hope things work out OK for what I paid. I sold a car to pay this man and worked for 2 mo for nothing.... the law and this situation is absolutely daunting, update.. didn't beat my case, another charge was added, and I did not understand anything that was going on, im learning my rights now, as I trusted and was blindsided, do not go to this lawyer for THC DUI, they didnt wanna keep my family safe, im just a single mom trying to get by... I had plenty of cash, at the time to pay him more and he never asked.
