Taccino Kevin

Because of Mr. Taccino's inability to do his job, or his secretary's incompetence in relaying important messages to Mr. Taccino, my husband is now sitting in jail unnecessarily. My husband and I communicated with his secretary and Mr. Tessino, multiple times throughout my husband's case. He was going to miss his court date because he was going to inpatient treatment in another state. We were worried they might put out a warrant because of missing court- even though he was in treatment. Turns out, our fears were completely justified because that's exactly what happened. Even though we communicated with the secretary and Mr. Taccino throughout the entire process, they acted shocked and pretended like they didn't have any of this information. They even went so far as to call my husband a liar, saying that he was telling me one thing and telling them another, which is not the case. Not only that, but when I confronted his secretary about all of this, she got very rude and refused to answer any of my questions. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this attorney. He is terrible and never returns a single call. As I said, my husband is now sitting in county jail when he should've been released over a week ago, all because of their incompetence. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

No fight , victim kept changing stories son got a bad deal all around should of been thrown out paid for a jury trial did not receive any money back son took a plea deal from loosing faith in Kevin

If I could give a zero I would! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON HIM!! TRUST ME! You will be so disappointed if you use his "services". First of all he constantly cancels and reschedules appointments and switches in person to phone appointments. He speaks so low you can barely hear him even in person. He's not aggressive at all like you would like a lawyer to be. And you can't keep up and meet all of his constant changing dates and times around regardless if you took off work or not then he will drop you as a client. Just like that. He was probably bullied as a child and then grew up to be a real a$$h0le. You know the type.
