After attempting to find a resolution with the insurance company for a month and wasting countless hours of my life, I decided to get an attorney and very glad I did. Not only did Dave do an amazing job in setting expectations with me, he said "I'll handle it from here", and he meant it! That is very hard to say about people now a days and he kept me updated throughout the process in getting the insurance company to reimburse me! I can't say enough amazing things! Thank you!

Dave Brumfield Is complete trash and a poor representation of the amazing reputation this law firm has worked so hard to build. He has no idea how to communicate with clients, has no follow up with emails, a complete inability to collect evidence in a timely manor (from the correct location) and has no ability to present himself in a professional manner to the opposing side. Missing email deadlines with settlements is a big deal and pushing clients to settle due to his inability to properly represent has a strong enough suit for malpractice. Avoid this law firm if you're assigned this incompetent bimbo.

My advise to you when you do hire Alpern Schubert - do everything you are told, listen to them, be honest with them and remember, they are working hard to get you what you deserve. Its not often that you can hire the best to represent you for a legal matter but for a work injury or even a personal injury you can hire the best - Alpern Schubert. After nearly 30 years I still have issues that come up with my medical treatment or other claim related problems. I take comfort in knowing that Alpern Schubert is just a phone call away. Rich Schubert and his team are the best at what they do, its just that simple. Do the smart thing and let them work for you. They do care about what happens to you and your comp claim.
