"You need a specialist." "You don't need a specialist." She spoke in circles. This firms fails the basics. Instead of clearly advising what is necessary to increase the likelihood of success, she acts dismissive as if she can't help. THE NEXT STEP IS TO FILE FOR AN "ADMINSTRATIVE LAW JUDGE" HEARING *** IN THE NEXT 60 DAYS*** AFTER BEING REJECTED FOR RECONSIDERATION AND SHE FAILED TO DISCLOSE THAT TWICE AND TOLD ME TO WAIT 6 MONTHS. She gave me advice that should be considered not within the law! The muddled dialogue, and feeling like she doesn't want to take my case, (I feel she feels too busy and truly doesn't want another client) has her engaging in dialogue to be off putting. I went elsewhere and the took my case with clear advice and assistance. You don't have to put up with these bad services at this firm. Go elsewhere.
