Holzinger, Harak & Scomillio

Have met with Paul once for his help revising a family member's will. She has been a client here for awhile and always said that Paul is very helpful to her regardless of the language barrier between them. If you know the struggle of the feeling of a language barrier, the willingness to help is always very appreciated. He is thoughtful and gets the job done. However, when I called today regarding setting an appointment to meet with Paul-- I was met with the very delightful Brandy! She was absolutely full of a disgustingly rude and condescending attitude from the very first hello to the end of our call. Crazy to see people doing customer service jobs when they really can't even handle speaking to others in a nice tone? It felt as if I was stupid for even calling to begin with. As a person who's been working in customer service and even direct patient care, I would never speak to someone the way she spoke to me today, and we never even faced each other. Lol. Hope to never speak to her again and that she finds a better calling for herself one day. So unprofessional, Brandy.

We chose Mr. Scomillio to assist us in a matter and the outcome was a positive one. We truly wanted to select an attorney who would represent us well and had the utmost respect and integrity. We felt as though he was confident throughout our time working with him and the communication was clear and what we would expect. These situations can be stressful but he walked us through everything and for that we are very thankful.

Choosing Victor was the worst thing I could've ever done for a divorce attorney. He won't do anything for you outside of the box. He fought for nothing. I did all the homework. I found all the hidden assets and he did nothing about it. It took me almost 3 years to get my divorce finalized because he blamed it on the other attorney not getting back to him. Am I not correct but did I not pay him $300 an hour to put the pressure on my ex while he just sat on his hands and did nothing? It's pretty much what he did. In the big picture I should've got about 450k and I ended up with 300k because he said it was a good deal. You tell me if that's the lawyer you want?

We were very happy that we had Mr. Scomillio we don't know about the other partners at this firm but Mr. Scomillio speaks in volumes for them. I have to say he is very passionate about what he does so if your in need he is your man. Many blessings to you Mr. Scomillio thanks for your help today we couldn't have done it without you. Victoria is the worst, soo rude, dosnt listen, and dosnt help. He just chews up money. I'd go somewhere else
