I see some complaints but non on my lawyer Frank Travoto. That's because he's great, honest,& doesn't give you any bullshit. He's been my lawyer since 2017 & he always comes through for me. If you need a "GOOD" lawyer, Frank is your best bet.

Do NOT trust this man. My mother, who passed away almost two years ago did. Although she didn't know it at the time, biggest mistake of her life. After her passing Garrett took control of her personal possessions destroyed them, lost them or never returned them to the family. There were certain items willed to her children and we never received them. He was neglectful, unresponsive and downright disrespectful. He was employed to help. He was trusted to help. He has caused more harm and hurt than one person can imagine. If you are looking for someone to help with your last will and testament, keep looking.

7 years I've struggled with outcome of a child custody case in which Garrett Benner was my attorney. The first time I met him in his office my mother and I noticed a pictured of him shaking hands with Bill Clinton. (Should've notice the red flag from that moment) which my mother thought was cool and worthy of his services. Mr. Benner was happy to take our money and made it seem like he'd definitely fight for me, and help me with my custody case. Granted things rarely go good for a father in family court. But nonetheless I hoped that I'd get what I was seeking which was custody of my kids. The day of court was coming upon us. After my initial meeting with Mr. Benner i never spoke to him until the day of the hearing. I had no idea what to do what to say, I left the custody arrangement entirely in the hands of "my lawyer" (my mistake). To skip the details and get to the point. Mr. Benner didn't do a damn thing for me. He stood quiet most of the hearing, he stood by as the magistrate talk disrespectful towards me, aloud my ex wife to get whatever she asked for, let her lawyer do almost all the talking and negotiating. And when I got fed up of it realizing that I wasted so much money on him, I tried speaking and was immediately shut down by the magistrate. I lost so much that day. The ripple effect of what happen 7 years ago is still painful till this day. I was thinking about it today and realized I never confronted him because what's the point. Well I'm here to warn you now. Maybe it depends on how deep your pockets are, the color of your skin, the mood he's in, the things that may benefit him, or depending on what kind of case he's actually good at, will determine how hard he'll work for you. But he was by far the worst encounter/experience I've had with a lawyer. If 0 stars were available I'd give him a negative.
