Mark is by far one of the best attorneys to have ever represented me. As a business owner I interact with attorneys constantly in my line of work. He is very responsive, got to know me as a person and not just as a client and actually cared about my issue. He is considerate, compassionate and honest! Tells it like it is in plain English. Mark also has a very firm grasp of medical terms, conditions and is uncanny with his ability to explain what the doctors try to explain to you as a patient! If you called someone else, you called the wrong attorney. Mark is the best, period.

Unfortunately, I was struck by a car from behind riding my bicycle and experienced some significant injuries. More fortunately, Mark Altemose was referred to me after my sister, an attorney, asked her friends who they would recommend for a personal injury case. Mark came to my room in the ICU, and shortly after that went to work on my case. I am happy to report that Mark's efforts for me were crowned with success. He was able to settle with the driver's insurance company for the maximum amount of the policy. He is continuing to work on my behalf in a second effort, and I have every confidence in him. I think you would find Mark to be friendly, personable, and a consummate professional. Update: Mark did indeed succeed in the second case in which he pursued since I had under insured motorist coverage (glad I went with that!). Mark sure knows his trade, and in talking with my sister, his name came up again and again, in terms of who was a good personal injury lawyer, and I now know why--through my own experience. He very certainly is a very skilled negotiator and went way beyond my expectations in settling with the insurance company. Beyond all of that, I think Mark is a fine human being, who I have really enjoyed interacting with. Mallory Glase, Mark's paralegal, also was very responsive and kind in dealing with all of the necessary paperwork and related tasks, I always felt in touch and in the loop.
