Carol is the absolute worst lawyer I've ever met! Her whole office is absolutely unorganized and they couldn't find my paperwork I gave to her. She didn't remember what my child custody case was about at all and I had to tell her everything over and over every single time I met with her when she took notes each and every time. She was last second for all the court documents to be sent in and last second for getting in contact with me or the other lawyer. I had to do all my own research and paperwork. Carol wasn't even in the office multiple times I went to her office an hour away for appointments. It was too late for me to change lawyers. She even said she didn't want to go to trial with the Judge being Bubash. I called Carol out about it because I could tell she was scared of her. I asked Carol why she would even take my case on when she knew she couldn't handle my case. Carol even tried to quit because I wanted to go to trial and told me if I go to trial I have to find a new lawyer with her knowing it was only a week away. So instead of her helping me I paid her to do absolutely nothing but make my case worse. She needs to retire or stick to a case she actually knows how to do and will follow through on her end for her clients! Don't get me wrong, she is very nice but absolutely a horrible lawyer!!!

Let's talk about Abuse of Power. Carrol Hanna is the lawyer involved concerning the estate of my Grandmother.After my pap died from cancer I felt it was my duty to take care of my grandma and the house,being that her and my pap took me in during my teens so I could finish school .During this time I prepared meals daily,took her to appointments,out to eat,gambling,paid to get her hair done ,and even put thousands of dollars into their house along with the labor involved for doing repairs,because there was never money to do so. Her first will was very detailed and hand written. Stating this was to be my residence.About a year before her death the will was changed.Carrol Hanna typed a will and my grandma signed it with my aunt and uncle present. I was trying to prepare for her death and was told by my grandma and Aunt that no-one is goin to put me out,many times Grandma passed away on February 14.Two weeks ,later I began getting letters from Carrol stating that I'm to sign a 6 month lease.If I didn't sign the lease I must "vacate the premises by April 9th 2016 by 5:00pm".This wasn't the only letter.Others stated that any property of mine left behind would be considered that of the estate.This took my anxiety through the roof.Come to find out eviction is a process that goes though court.Lawyers can't play Judge.One thing for sure this was never my grandmas intentions. If the President can be impeached for breaking oaths the same should apply to lawyers.
