This is the second time I've had Marcus & Mack represent me when dealing with an auto insurance claim. They go above and beyond what I've asked of them both times. Bevan and the crew handled everything dealing with the claim and the legal aspects. Everything went very smooth and I was mailed a check quickly. I was involved in a car accident in August of 2022. An underinsured motorist had rear-ended me. I had to deal with her insurance and my insurance due to her being underinsured. Hands down the best experience. They checked up on me while I was healing from my car accident. By doing there follow up calls. Listened to my stories as I was updating them on the worst time of my life and settled really quickly with the insurance companies. I am so happy the case is closed.
