Forr Stokan Huff & Naugle

Traci Naugle prepared wills and powers of attorney for my parents in November. They need to make minor modifications (a single word on one document and a couple of sentences on the other) and we have been trying since early February (a month and a half) just to get someone to respond to the request after multiple emails and phone calls. Extremely poor responsiveness. Very disappointed.

James Huff doesn't return calls, 7 week turn around trying to get an answer of if he wants my money or not. Never had such a terrible experience trying to hand someone money. If your case can wait 2 months and you prefer communication via snail mail, go ahead and call this guy. But trust, he won't answer the call. He'll listen to your voicemail in 2 weeks then reply via snail mail. Thanks for wasting my time.
