I am not one to write reviews but I have been extremely impressed with the level of customer service and work product I receive from the Trivent Team. My account representative is Dom Daniels and he goes above and beyond the call of duty in his efforts to understand and customize how Trivent can assist me in my solo practice. I am a solo practitioner and currently do not have any support staff. I have been practicing law since 1987 and can honestly say Trivent has been the most valuable support team I have worked with in my legal career. I have tried other companies, like The Expert Institute and, while this company has provided acceptable services, they are overpriced and, from my perspective, not a good value proposition. My practice focuses on California medical malpractice and actions brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act where I file administrative claims and Complaints in Federal District Court against the Department of Veterans Affairs and USA for negligent treatment received by my clients. I have obtained several expert reviews from Trivent. The work product I receive has been incredible. The opinions are clearly written, supported by the medical records I provide and include helpful medical references. They are also completed in a timely fashion and delivered by the date I requested. If the reviewer believes additional records may be helpful they will let me know. I have used these expert opinions to draft administrative claims I file with the Department of Veteran Affairs and they have helped me achieve significant, early settlements for my clients. I have also used these opinions when drafting a Complaint. I highly recommend Trivent and am grateful they are an integral part of my litigation team.
