Beware of allowing anyone who is elderly to use Kirk Schmidtman services for any estate planning. Mr. Schnidtman claims to be an estate planning specialist, which he put properties belonging to other third parties in a trust without doing a proper title report search. He took property I had a 1/3 interest and participated with advising his client -- claiming it did not belong to me. He supported stealing my property, removing me off my business bank accounts and taking away my rental income. He has caused his client as well as me thousands in litigation expenses for his mistakes. Kirk Schmidtman will draw up estate planning documents with his elderly clients and expose them to those who are abusing them. He will then remove the people who were set up in their wills for protection in haste and secrecy. He is being investigated by the Oregon state bar, so do your research before hiring this Attorney. I am just one of many families he has supported in ruining for his own Financial gains. He has been allowed to slide through the cracks w this kind of conduct, but the people he has damaged and hurt are speaking out so it stops.

Many documents were created while "client" was in ICU and under medication and this firm had had no prior dealings with the "cleint". Took directions from a family member who was stealing from her own mother! Do your own research before trusting this firm. Misinformed me deliberately, kind of condescending, must of not made a lot of money in his career, Kirk Schmidtman, will never go there again, still owe him $ 80 bucks, he gonna have to wait a long ass time for his money !!! Thanks for nothing
