Joseph Harder took over a case that our previous lawyer was handling, but our previous attorney passed away in the process of filling the suit. Joseph didn't hesitate after finding out about this and reading over the claim. What I thought was great about Mr. Harder was that he was able to talk with my mother who is an older disabled individual, with ease. If it ever got into a situation where my mother would get confused or hesitant about a situation, he would sense the uneasiness in her voice and word what he was saying a little differently. While I was listening to their conversation I would address any further confusion with her, he would listen and be humble enough to say yes that is correct, or your close but not exactly. Then he would more or less dumb down what he was saying to match her level of understanding. Him and his paralegal, Kennedy, are outstanding individuals and definitely people you want on your side.

As a father and a combat veteran, I knew I was going to have a hard and challenging road in front of me. Going through a divorce wasn't going to be easy, but I had heard many good things about JMH Law firm. Joe Harder was able to win my case and I received sole custody of my son along with child support, spousal support and I was able to keep my house. We needed a law office to help us navigate the next steps in my mother in laws estate. Plenty of funds to deal with any legal fees. Was told "it will be reviewed and we will get back to you" and they did not. I my dentist is in the same building. My company bank is in the same building. My front door is literally 100 yards from the office......no calls, texts or e mails. Would be the worste attorney experience ever if I had actually talked to an attorney.
