Linda Gouge Attorney

We hired this attorney for my father. She came highly recommended through a law firm we found in the yellow pages. Once we put our retainer down, she was all for my dad, she had her own investigator we thought this was great. Then before trial it took about 2 years for trial to happen. The investigated was really busy with all his cases, and soon Miss Linda got sick and busy herself. She would never meet with us to discuss the case, it was really hard to get a hold of her. When trial came, she wasn't ready, she didn't object once to anything, she sold my father under the bus. She even told the investigator not to come to court. Miss Linda was always either showing up to court 5 minutes before court started or late. I would not hire this attorney for anyone for anything.

I hired her a year ago to do two parenting plans that's all. A year later nothing has been done. It has cost me 3,000 dollars in child support and my kids live with me. She doesn't care. Very poor quality and value. You're better off to go study and take the bar yourself.

She is extremely difficult to get ahold of, she doesnt return phone calls and instead of doing the right thing for the client she does what's convenient for herself. My boyfriend could be out of jail but is sitting there for another 5 days when all he is doing is agreeing to a plea deal.

Almost impossible to get ahold of. Hangs up on you. Refuses to listen for more than ten seconds. Terrible self serving lousy Attorney.
