We have a local business here in Roseburg Oregon and wanted to work with Derek to form a new LLC for a second business after a glowing recommendation from a few friends. Our last business took a different law firm almost 3 months to create. Derek and his staff had our articles done and ready to file in less than 5 business days. His pricing is more than fair for top notch work and turn over time. Owning a business can be stressful and any task involving a lawyer's office is also stressful, however, that is not my experience with Derek and his staff who are friendly, informative, and provide a much-appreciated sense of humor to their services.
