I am revising my initial negative rating... While the firm declined my case without explanation or referral, they showed exceptional professionalism by proactively calling and following up. This greatly improved my perception of their client relations. However, despite their efforts, I still lack the fundamental clarity on why my case was rejected and the guidance needed to find a new lawyer. Excellent customer service, but the core legal support is still missing.

Savage Law Firm did an amazing job on our sons case!! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a malpractice lawyer. They became like family over the 9 years that it took to get our sons case settled. They took the time to get to know our family and made sure we were up to speed through the entire process. Their office is over 5 hours from our home and made multiple trips to see us so we could meet face to face. They had our son's best interest at heart and truly cared for his well being and his future.

Our experience with this law firm was very positive. Mr. Savage and his team are knowledgeable, thoughtful, and caring. They went the extra mile to help bring resolution to our case, and we always felt confident that they knew how to navigate the legal system perfectly. They also genuinely cared about our family and our particular situation. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a personal injury lawyer.

I cannot say enough about how thankful I am for Bill and Carol's legal counsel. They were there for me throughout the entire process of settling a personal injury claim. Whenever I had questions or concerns they were promptly answered. Not only were they amazing to work with, but their staff is just as compassionate as they are. After being in an accident in my Semi truck I was growing frustrated trying to navigate through the insurance and legal process. Then COVID-19 hit and the country was shut down. Time was running out to file my claim. My accident occured in Oregon and I resided in Arizona. I found a lawyer in Arizona who in turn found Savage Law and Bill agreed to take my case. He and Jolynne, his paralegal were a God-send. With only 2 weeks left to file Bill and Jolynne were able to begin the legal paperwork immediately! Which calmed my nerves and I was finally able to breathe again. Both Bill and Jolynne were attentive and compassionate towards me and my situation. Bill is so knowledgeable and was able to clearly communicate to me the process of filing claims vs legal actions. The fact that they responded to every email and phone call that I made, showed to me how much they really do care and respect their clients. For me, communication is key and Bill and his team are exceptional not just in that regard but in everything they do. Bill is an expert in his field and will go above and beyond for his clients. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate Bill and his team! They are amazing, professional and overall just good, decent human beings.
