Kymber, her assistant, and Paul are so amazing to work with. Very communicative, friendly, and overall good people. Kymber Lattin was amazing! She explain the whole process and was patient. After 3 years of a battle with car insurance she fought hard for my seattlement and I am very pleases with the outcome. I will say that some of the staff in the front weren't always nice or pleasant to talk to, as will as Kymber assistent, sometimes she was snappy or short.
