For anyone entertaining this person's legal services, they should know that there is an ongoing dispute regarding a fence she has built on her property blocking river access. Here are more details: A wealthy land owner has built a chain link fence in a public space, effectively creating their own private beach while cutting off the public. According to the Oregon Department of State Lands "...you are not allowed to use the land in a way that you would if you owned it. That is you cannot build a structure, place a dock, operate a business, PUT UP FENCING, or prevent other people from entering the area." Apparently they did the same thing 10 years ago and were forced to take it down, only to re-erect it, including cement pours in the river to hold up the poles. I would never use this law office for my case, or think she represents "working people" when she is purposefully blocking access to the public.
