So after a long chase around of them not answering calls and not calling back, let's just say after 10 calls of leaving messages they call once ages after to answer your questions... and at the end of the court settlement I still ended up with paying for tickets, one of which should have being dismissed.... I feel like they didn't do anything besides maybe showing up in court on my behalf, I would have being better off paying for my flight and going to court myself, would have probably got one of the tickets dismissed and saved a ton of money on attorney fees. Don't waste your money with these people. Horrible experience
