I was referred to him by a co-worker and was very pleased with his assistance. He has helped us on 3 separate occasions now over the years and has definitely earned our recommendation. While we hope to never need his services again, life still happens and Sam helps ease the way through some of life's unpleasant and exhausting surprises.

Sam Stanke helped me when my health insurance company was refusing to pay a large claim. He was patient when I had questions, broke the complicated legal aspects down into pieces that were easy to understand, was persistent when the insurance company was not following the normal processes, and was compassionate throughout. Excellent attorney! He was referred for my family's car accident and did such a wonderful job representing myself and my kids to get the case settled and behind us. Car accidents are awful but he made everything better and settled. Would highly recommend him!

I cannot possibly put into words the gratitude that my family and I have for Mr. Stanke. My mom was diagnosed and ultimately passed away from a rare form of cancer. During her short battle we had to go through the added stress of dealing with her insurance company that was being anything but ethical. After her passing it was time to deal with the insurance company and we were fortunate enough to be referred to Mr. Stanke. Sam listened not only to us but hours of conversations between me and the insurance company. He researched case law, and inevitably fought for two years on our behalf. After two years of going back and forth Sam won. To be able to say to my mom's grave " We did it, we won" is bittersweet and priceless, and to finally get to grieve the way we should have been able to because of Sam's perseverance is something that I will forever be grateful for. Referred to me by the state bar, called me back following day but was terrible in communication, sounded like he had like 10 cups of coffee and didn't care to hear my situation, with in 1min of our conversation he was asking me bizarre questions and telling me it sounds like something he doesn't do before even listening to me. My daughter was wronged by a corrupted doctor and had her 1 year old daughter, my grand daughter kicked from the facility. The doctor was very inappropriate and influenced by outsiders that he knows personally to stop seeing my grand daughter. Very sad this guy couldn't take second to hear me out and advise me in what i could do with this situation.
