I'm not sure I did this right but going to try again just in case. Dwyer Williams Cherkoss is absolutely the firm people need to use if you've had an accident. They are by far the best attorneys around. And I love Cindy! She was so professional at all times. Although I've never met Arne. He is the man! He worked hard for me to get a very fair settlement as well as Cindy. I recommend this firm highly. They make you feel so comfortable and very friendly. Thankyou so much!

What can I say but wow! I called their office after I was Severely Injured in a Computer Chair Collapse. Even with the Covid Constraints on the Courts getting a case in etc. They handled my case with so much care and compassion. Tim himself had contacted me on numerous occasions to discuss things personally. Cindy & Stephanie in the office were a godsend for all the questions I had. They not only answered them promptly but professionally. They take their jobs very much to heart. In the End Stephanie worked many long hours not unnoticed, making sure I got every last penny that was owed to me by the insurance companies. We had to take this case up with the Chair Manufacturer from China and the Large Chain Store that sells them. It was handled in stride by this firm. Tim is so confident and compassionate towards his clients. He really wants the best for you that he can do. Not just an Attorney but I feel after this case we are friends. My Case had to be settled in a Mediation on Zoom with a Retired Judge who was confident along with being extremely informative, and the other sides Lawyers. I was walked through this and had someone by my side at any time I needed to have questions answered. Between Mediation we would have a break, for the Judge to speak with their side. Tim and Scott his associate would explain to me what was going on during these break times to ease my nerves. They took all the fear out of this proceeding completely, and made me feel at ease at all times. I would recommend Tim Williams, Steffanie, Scott and can't forget Cindy who is now retired to anyone with a case they need handled. Or maybe just questions about a legal matter.
