Molly is amazing! I have been seeing her for several months now for persistent tailbone and sciatic pain that I have been dealing with for years. She is a great listener and so generous with her wealth of knowledge. She takes the time to consider the root cause of an issue, not just deal with the symptoms. Her combination of manual therapy and mobility work have been the key to the reduction of pain and discomfort for me. I have recently been able to sit on a wooden surface without any discomfort for the first time in years! Molly has taught me how to monitor intensity and progress safely when strength training, plus gave practical tips for hiking and managing joint stiffness. I feel stronger, more confident, and better equipped to stay active long-term. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Ryan Luscombe for the last 2.5 years for a complicated lower right leg injury specific to the knee, ankle and peroneal nerve resulting in 6 surgeries. My rehab has been anything but straightforward falling outside standard protocols. Through this experience, I have learned not every health care provider knows how to work outside the box, but Ryan jumped right in; advocating for me with doctors, listening, giving guidance, and overall making PT sessions a fun place to be while working through a challenging injury.

Shelly met my mother where she was at... in her home, in her ability, and in her heart. At times like these, Shelly is making a difference. She is a source of healing and hope to my mother and her friends and family when we needed it most. She learned her language and listened to her fears so she could do hard things all by herself. It's week three now, and Mom is moving from sit to stand easier excited to leave the chair. Shelly's clear communication and patience have given her back her autonomy and confidence. She's knows it is okay to move and the freedom her heart has lifted.
