I spent almost $2000 to set up a solo 401k with this company. Now due to thier negligence the 401k is in jeopardy of being illegitimate. I have emailed and called Mark Huglin many times with no response. Not only am I out the cost of setup but if the IRS deems the 401k as illegitimate, I stand to lose many thousand more.
