This was my first time dealing with a legal matter. Going into it was nerve-racking. However, Stevens & Legal made the experience far less intimidating. Every question I had was answered thoroughly. When my bank managed to completely screw things up, he didn't just offer advice from afar; he took the time to go to the bank with me and help fix it. On top of that, he brings humor to situations that are usually anything but funny, which helped ease my anxiety and irritability and made the stressful process feel much more manageable. Shannon was incredibly helpful and kind beyond measure. Her responsiveness, compassion, and attention to detail made a huge difference, and she consistently made me feel cared for and supported. Within a few days, Michael himself reached out to me and was very attentive and assigned an attorney to assist me, which was incredibly helpful after months of trying to get assistance.
