If I could give zero stars I would. I'm sharing my experience to warn others to be very careful before hiring this law firm. I retained them a couple of years ago and had an extremely disappointing experience. After paying a retainer fee upfront, I felt the attorneys did not follow through on what they agreed and communication quickly fell apart. The attorneys on my case decided to take my money knowing they were not going to protect my rights and my reputation. Two attorneys I worked with abandoned my case without representation at a critical time. I also felt pressured to pay additional money beyond the original agreement, even though I had already paid in full for the services we discussed. When I asked for updates and documentation, responses were delayed or not provided at all. I've since learned that at least one of the attorneys involved had prior disciplinary action, which was never disclosed to me at the time. I believe this firm takes advantage of clients who are in vulnerable situations, and my experience caused significant stress and irreparable harm. I have documentation of everything that occurred. I'm sharing this a caution to others so they avoid what my family went through. Please do your research beforehand to save you money and avoid unnecessary trauma, get everything in writing, and make sure the firm you choose is transparent and communicative. In my opinion, clients should proceed with extreme caution when dealing with this firm because your life is on the line and you can't afford to be taken advantage of even in times of uncertainty. I was thrilled to have a very different experience this time around than I have had with attorneys in the past. I really appreciated my attorney, Gregory, who was not only kind but also attentive in making sure I was equipped with the information I needed to make educated decisions. It's a good feeling knowing there are no stones left unturned.

I run a nonprofit organization that supports marginalized individuals, and I referred one of my clients to this law firm for help. Unfortunately, that decision turned into a very painful experience. The attorneys took thousands of dollars from my client without providing the proper support or expertise needed for their case. When we tried to hold them accountable, they responded by claiming they were being harassed -- a tactic that felt like an attempt to deflect rather than take responsibility. It's also concerning that some people working for this firm have faced disciplinary action and don't appear to have the proper qualifications or experience for the areas of law they handle. That lack of integrity and professionalism has caused real harm to people who were already in vulnerable situations. Just look at how they responded to the review below instead of listening and learning from legitimate feedback, they chose to dismiss and label it as harassment. To me, that says a lot about their approach to accountability and transparency. I'm sharing this review to help others make informed decisions and to encourage this firm to reflect on its actions. Vulnerable people deserve honest, ethical, and compassionate legal representation not to be taken advantage of when they need help the most.

Hello I hired this firm in 2023. It just finished today. I don't want you to think that it took to long. Totally not their fault. Life happened for me. Sickness, and various delays over issues out of our control. Basically this was a case that, should not of happened. Out the door ,! Rez did the first hearing. He was amazing and watched over the booking. knew I was struggling. In came Rodney, if you need a BULL dog you have one in him. No offense Rodney. You were always honest even when you didnt have Good news. i Wasn't easy on you. My hunch is that, you had thick skin, handling me was not a walk in the park. You know my situation and stayed focused on helping me. I was not willing to back down. ( that's the bull-Dog I'm referring too) not me did you bull dog, you just wasn't willing to concede. You were the back bone I needed. The firm was and is the best crew , I ever saw. Especially your girl ( can't remember her name ) but she was very comforting and what I know is she is a force to be reckoned with and can take even you on. Never lose that person she is definitely on the side of law. I don't know what you did to accomplish what you did and wouldn't tell me. But you got it done. I cannot thank you enough or pay you back for making my day. Thank you to all your staff and BLUE thanks you too. You know little man didn't want to leave. He went outside your office and sat at the door. Waiting for you to open back up. I turned around and he was waiting for you to let him back in. You and Your staff ROCK as attorneys.
