Mr.Short misrepresented me in a very serious open sentencing. I would not recommend him or this law firm.

My attorney Tucker Rosetto represented me in a fairly challenging and seemingly ever changing case. His professional and calm demeanor was very helpful throughout an extremely stressful time for me. Ultimately, justice was served and my case was dismissed. I had consultations with several attorneys before choosing Tucker to represent me. Some of them offered lower estimated fees but most were hourly rates. The initial flat fee sounded expensive at first. In the long run, I was able to have extensive conversations that helped me to feel I was well informed without feeling like I needed to end a conversation to prevent racking up fees. This was really the best option for me as we spent a great deal of time on the phone and in the office together. I would not hesitate to contact him again for legal help, or recommend him to friends.

I was so happy to have found Tucker Rossetto who is with Gilroy Napoli Short Law offices. Tucker was everything you could want in an attorney. He takes your case very seriously and he cares enough to do his best work every time. He stays in contact with you which is very important to me. There are just not enough words to describe how much it meant to me that he was caring, very knowledgeable, had great relationships with the judges and other lawyers and he was affordable. His rates were much lower than other lawyers I had researched. He makes you his top priority; you always feel valued and supported. Gilroy Napoli Short is lucky to have him on their staff.

I cannot give enough stars to Jenna Richards! To say she was understanding, knowledgeable, and the calm during a storm is not saying enough! Highly recommend her!
