Rude, would not respond to emails, and unable to answer basic questions. After working on my family's case for several weeks, Ms. Reinhart simply stopped communicating with us for no apparent reason. She would not return calls or emails. Then, out of nowhere, we received a call from a woman in the office who would only identify herself as "Christine". She was exceptionally rude on the phone and told us they could no longer represent my family due to an undisclosed conflict. No "I'm sorry for your loss", or "I wish we could help more..", just a robotic response of "we can no longer represent you as a client - the end". After weeks of representation, absolutely nothing was accomplished on this case. It was a horrible experience, but good riddance.
