I unimpressed by Marble's billing practices, especially if you pre pay. This review is hard to way too especially since I genuinely like my attorney and would prefer to keep working with them but the Marble platform has separated out the billing process from Attorney engagement and the contract team has been sneaky. First time round, negotiations were clear and transparent. After an ammendment of service, I was never informed of a price update and this was snuck into an agreement. No call, no engagement desite requesting it multiple times and trying to get a human to talk to only to be stuck with the damn chat bot. Do better!

I called and talked to their intake specialist and specifically asked for an immigration attorney and gave them specifics for a friend. They set up a time for the call. I then received a Google notification saying the appointment was cancelled and the new time was 3 hours later. We had to move things around to accommodate. Then they gave them a family/marriage attorney and he did not have many specifics on the case they was looking for. The attorney said we need to ask Marble again to set us up with someone new, but their might be a fee to pay again. No thank you. I will find someone else if they cannot even assign the right lawyer after a long conversation. It looks like I am not alone in this issue.

So I get the initial call from a non-lawyer, their whole purpose is to confirm whether they can help or not. Unsure how they would know, since they are not an attorney. I pay $49 to schedule a 20 minute call. They call me 4 hours early, cancel the actual scheduled call, and proceed to bomb me with a series of email about my missed appointment. I re-schedule with them but ask for a refund, thus making the appointment free because of their error. I am told that will be fine. Shortly after I receive a notification that my new appointment has been cancelled. I would never give them another chance. If you need the legal help they provide... Run! Find someone else. They appear, to me, to be inept at best and fraud at worst.

Please do not give this company your money. 1) They will promise you all you want for a hearty tag. 2)they will blame you for being too late even though you make an 8,000 payment within a few days, Then toss you to another lawyer 3) The new lawyer (Cassandra Noel HTX) takes your money, does not give you a new quote and all prior promises are out the window 4) she didn't even file any paperwork that I gave her- with time- she then blames me that I acquires her the day before. She failed to mention that she still took my 8,000 for that. Has no MORAL. Still requesting 5,000 to help me with the second part of my case that was included in my initial quote. Still has done nothing to adjust my payments or any services. Now the company is updating me more often because they want another 5,000 like I have a stamp on my forehead that says rich fool... They took my entire saving, no heart, no remorse, and absolutely useless... Not to mention the court itself went terrible... and worse than it could have because I was blamed most...

Fred and Jennifer are great at what they do. Fred helped me deal with a very rough situation with my father's memory care and guardianship process. The team assisted again year's later when my father passed away. I have nothing but great things to say about the firm.
