I was represented by Katie Taylor, she was always very professional, and prepared. Any questions I had were handled right away. The whole process took 5 years, and that's no reflection on Katie just a reflection on the social security disability process, but finally in the end we were successful. I'm appreciative of the fact their office was very easy to work with and even though we didn't have to talk that much because it seemed to be more of a waiting game than anything, I never felt like my case was lost or slipping through the cracks. I was treated with respect and dignity throughout, overall my experience was quite positive.
