I stumbled upon this law firm after firing my previous lawyer for not handling my case well. I had an intake interview and was surprised at the warmth and coziness of the office. I was further surprised at the knowledge and skillset of the lawyers. They were older and seasoned gentlemen with a laid-back kindness and spoke the truth with no fine print. The first, not at fault, car accident with Geiko took years on end to finally settle and had me wondering if I made the right decision going with them. Years into the case, I was involved in a second, not at fault, accident wherein Progressive was the insurer. Raymond Bradley and Associates had the second lawsuit settled and closed before the original lawsuit was finished, proving that it wasn't their fault it had taken so long. In the end, Ray Bradley and his highly skilled team got me WAY more $$ than I was expecting, and they only charged me 1/4th instead of the typical 1/3rd lawyer fee the other places were wanting. Not only did they charge me tens of thousands less than other firms, but they even answered legal questions not related to the case and helped me financially until the lawsuit were finalized. There's an old phrase "only a fool represents himself in court." Well, I'd also say that only a fool would go anywhere else in Lane County for an accident lawyer. [Update: it's 2024 and this law firm has represented me with three different settlement claims now and I'm still happy]

I wish I could give this practice no stars. I worked with this practice over 5 years ago. Where to start, the lawyer was very unorganized. He made me go see a counselor for what they call "Danger Zone" and told me I would get a settlement too due to occurring PTSD from a dog bite my son acquired. Then told me none of the money for the lawyer fees would come from what my son would get from the settlement and then in the end IT DID! to top it off, when I went to follow up with the company that held the trust money for my son, they had NO recollection of the parents on file. I had to try to verify that I was indeed, my 9 year old's mother! They apparently transferred the trust to another company and the only contact they had was the lawyer about this due to not having any contact for the parents. I would not have filled out a review but this was just the icing on top. Spent almost two years on something and told "Your looking at 6 figures" to not even get a quarter of 6 figures and NONE of the MEDICAL BILLS covered.. lets just say, my son got back LESS then what the initial insurance company offered and I regret it everyday for not just settling with the insurance company.

The receptionist was very helpful and took down my information right away. I was called back by Mr. Messenger within a few hours. Update: No one ever sent me a packet to fill out and I'm very disapointed with the follow up of this practice.

All I did was call and inquire about being represented for a car accident related injury. The assistant was rude and judgmental. I would give less than one star if I could.
