Extremely disappointed with the service and communication I received. After an initial conversation, we were completely ghosted for months by Karen with no updates or follow-up. The project was a simple handbook update--not a complex legal matter--yet the final invoice reflected an unreasonable number of hours for the minimal work delivered. This level of unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I've been in business for over 21 years, and this was, without a doubt, one of the worst professional experiences I've had. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking timely, communicative, or dependable legal support.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE... I called them for a quote, talked with an assistant who quoted me the retainer price for my issue, told the person I wanted to shop around for more prices and would call them back if I decided to go with them. Called back two days later, spoke with a different person, was quoted a different retainer price for same issue, then I wanted to know what their schedule looked like for the $100 consultation, she told me she didn't know, but would need to check with the attorney because he was out of the office, then she asked if I was going to be by my phone, that she would call me right back with that information... Waited by my phone...No call back... So I call back the next day, talked with a receptionist, who new nothing about my call the day before because she was filling in, she then told me she would let the regular receptionist know and that she will be back in two hours and she'd have her call me back... Waited by the phone again... No call back after 3 hours... So I call back again, connected with the regular receptionist, told her I had been waiting for a call back from the day before, because the person with whom I had spoken too the day before was going to check with the attorney about his schedule and get back to me... Immediately!! The regular receptionist went off on me, Saying that is not what I was told! The ball was in my court! That I had not been told I would be called back! That I knew everything I needed to know and that she believed her person! That I was wrong and she didn't care what I said... Basically calling me a liar... My wife, who was listening to the call on speaker phone and I where in shock...and to think, they came recommended...Really... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, THESE GUY'S JUST DON'T GET IT!!!!

Defending people must not have proved lucrative enough. What is Not stated on their website is that they actually only defend employers and companies. A firm should not be allowed to misrepresent themselves in this way. Only working For the very entities that they advertise pursuing.

My husband used Erin for his custody case and she was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and professional. I feel like her prices were very fair and her and her assistant Mickie was great to work with! We will always recommend Erin to anyone needing a good lawyer and will use her again in the future if need be. Thanks for helping my husband Erin and Mickie!
