I reached out multiple times, was promised a call back, and have quite literally been waiting since June. 'Selective' seems to mean dismissive, because rather than providing a straightforward response, you simply ignored follow-ups. A prospective client's experience matters just as much as a paying client's, and the way your office handles initial interactions speaks volumes. Professionalism isn't just about being 'candid and direct'--it's about basic courtesy and communication. My review stands.

Tim Elliot had been retained by a former employer a few years back to represent them .I needed an attorney for a legal matter in late 2016. I called Mr. Elliot to seek legal advice. The case was complicated and I was unsure if I could win . I knew I needed a very good attorney. Tim met with me for an initial consultation at no charge. He agreed to represent me. Mr. Elliot is a native Bend resident -I liked that.
