I hired Wayne Hawn to work a road construction zone accident. He knows the laws regarding these kinds of cases. He's was always attentive and kind during our conversations, both on the phone and in person. I felt like I was not just another case. He genuinely cared for my concerns and always helped me understand what we needed to do to keep the case progressing. I would 100 % recommend Wayne and his team to anyone that has been in an accident. Although I don't desire to go through any future litigation I would definitely use Wayne if that circumstance comes up again.

I was hit by a vehicle last year while riding my bike which absolutely threw my life off track alongside some long lasting injuries and traumas. Wayne was very helpful and did an excellent job making sure all the details were covered and dealt with the other person's insurance company. Turns out insurance companies don't care about your life, what a shocker. My only critique would be that there could be more done in communicating what services I could seek out beyond what the doctors immediately prescribed (mental/emotional support, massage/Chiro, etc). This was my first time in any sort of accident and I felt paralyzed and afraid of seeking treatment as there was no way I could afford to pay these bills if they weren't covered by my or the perpetrator's insurance. Once I was outside of the ER my doctors didn't care much about my long term outcomes (another big surprise). Thankfully I insisted on getting PT and it was enough to get through, but I think a little more communication about what treatments I could've gotten and how much I could've reasonably asked for would've have helped accelerate my healing. I didn't ask many questions so I will take some responsibility for that, but it's difficult to know what to do as I was dealing with injuries and completing my senior year of college. If Wayne were to have taken the time to explain a little more of what I could do to help myself I could've have a more successful recovery. I think Wayne Hawn is an excellent lawyer who, with a little more attention/care for the personal well-being of his clients, could easily be the best choice in town. He secured a very solid settlement for my case and I am overall quite pleased with the outcome and his legal knowledge/negotiation skills. If you are in an accident or need legal representation do not hesitate to employ his services. You won't be disappointed. Just make sure to advocate for yourself and to get as much information as you can as always.

Wayne has represented me with two separate (not at fault) auto accidents, yes I said two! My first accident, Wayne and his office walked me through every step of the way during my recovery and answered any questions that I had any time I called. Roughly two years after my first accident, my children and I were involved in an auto accident in a different county. Thankfully my children were not harmed, but I required urgent surgical repair on my right hand and forearm. Immediately I contacted Wayne to represent me once again. After losing my husband in a fatal car accident in which he was a passenger, Wayne Hawn was recommended to me by my sister. At that time I had no intention of pursuing a wrongful death suit. It sounded like I would be consumed by the legalities of dealing with the suit along with trying to cope with my husband's death, work and family. My sister was insistent that I at least make a phone call, so I did. After talking with Wayne, I was pleasantly surprised. The sympathy, and concern he showed me was genuine. Since I lived in Portland this whole case was handling mostly through email. I did have to meet with Wayne once, and he was the one who made the trip up to Portland to see me. Wayne was exceptionally easy to understand, and would patiently explanation anything that I questioned. The settlement was in our favor and the case was closed within a year.
