Even if you feel you haven't heard from them for sometime trust when you do they'll have more information for you. There's not one doubt that they work nonstop. We are late in posting this review, but it's worthy of a read. From the start, Craig was great to work with. His communication was clear and timely, and he was honest and direct about the possible challenges and outcomes. He helped my husband with an on-the-job injury that went sideways in a self-insured situation. We really valued his knowledge and expertise in this unique area of law. He was patient and did a great job explaining complex legal terms and processes. He asked for information and facts, but listened to my husband's frustrations as well. Regardless of the outcome, this was a great experience.
