With all the overwhelming details and the hassle of numerous phone calls with insurance companies I put my faith in them to help me get my vehicle repaired and to reach a fair settlement. Working directly with Leslie, she was not only extremely professional but very personable as well. She made me feel very comfortable and with her diligence in working the legal aspects of my case I was able to focus on my treatment and healing from my accident. Really difficult getting a hold of staff at Gresham location by phone or email but they're always there in office. If you are a customer who likes updates, follow ups and communication like me, you might need to adjust to the lack of; otherwise, they successfully handled my case. I got to talk to Scott twice in person and he seems to be very successful (probably why they're so busy) and extremely knowledgeable so I would definitely use him again if I needed to. Mayra is knowledgeable too, and the receptionist is also very nice.

horrible experience. simply a cash grab company. they will do the most limited work to collect there 33% and tell you how much you could get then take months to then tell you to just accept what the insurance company is offering so they still can walk away with more money than you and no other than one time look you in the eyes and only offer to mail a check and then when asked to pick up said check only in Vancouver could one be made. Natasha and Bill represent this company horribly and when asked to speak with Scott multiple times was ignored or told he was unavailable. please go elsewhere and save yourself.

Scott Kang has provided the best service I have ever received from an attorney. He handles your case 100% after he has the first meeting with you. He refers you to the right health providers and the repair shop, and works with the insurance companies ensuring that you have no out of pocket expenses, ever. Having an attorney handle everything for me gave me peice of mind and relieved the stress that can follow and accident. Him and his team are extremely responsive. Anytime I have questions about the case or anything else, they get back to me right away. Scott has even given me legal advise on matters that weren't really in his wheel house at no charge. If he can't help me, he finds someone who will. My family was in a really bad accident and Scott drove a few hours with just a couple hours of notice to help them. This was a huge relief to our family! I would and do recommend him and his team to anyone looking for honest, straight forward advise, and the best service!
