I highly recommend attorney Jim Dwyer and his assistant Savannah. They have guided me through my first accident and now my second. I was recommended Jim Dwyer back in 2009 after I had a really bad accident . I know lawyers get a bad wrap , but Jim was great. Anytime I had questions he would answer and explain to me how things worked and how they didn't work . In 2020 I had another horrible accident and my first thought was to get a hold of Jim , why ? Because he is good and thorough and this time through he was the same as the last time consistent, which is what you want. I would highly recommend Jim and I would use him again if and hopefully not get into another accident.

I truly think Jim is great! He made sure to make sure I got good medical treatment. He wanted me to feel as good as possible, at the end of it all. That seemed above and beyond what an attorney would do, and I didn't expect it. I am so grateful for Jim Dwyer! He takes time out of his busy schedule to come and talk to my class of Chiropractic Assistants about PIP (personal injury protection) as it pertains to motor vehicle accidents. I so appreciate his willingness to volunteer his time and share this information with my students. He educates them around the parameters of "so you've been in an accident, now what!" The students are often surprised at what they learn from him about who qualifies and who pays for injuries sustained in an accident. He arms them with the ability to share information with their patients and family members if they have been involved in a motor vehicle accident. Since this information is not readily available from the insurance companies, whose goal it seems is to save money and not a goal of compassion for the injured, he has developed a great web site that helps us all move through this especially stressful time.
