This law firm, I would have to say, is the most ridiculous law from going, I was a client of theirs for Many of years, then, all of a sudden, because I said, I was memorizing what they were saying to me, also known as recording, what they were saying to me, or taking in what they were saying to me they flipped Because when you deal with the lawyer, you're supposed to be able to memorize with the lawyers saying to you same with the lawyer is dealing with the client the lawyer to takes notes . then they turned around and said oh no, we did not say that. Meanwhile I had it memorized they said yes, they would help me prove my identity in court as part of my defence because they knew what the Chatham police had said it needed to be proven . Same with what the Chatham POA judges had said, and they said no problem will help you prove it will get anything done. That is required to be done that will prove you're not your cousin then turned around and said oh we can't do that after of week of saying of course they can do that and after Laura Joy said it had to be proven my identity because being charged under the wrong is a must to be before the case goes on . But then all of a sudden one day they said oh we can't do that. So I'm saying when working with this lawyer, make sure you memorize everything because if they can go back on what tell you as the client who to say they will recall what need be said at trail As remembering what you're saying to your client is half the game, making sure everybody's on the same page is half the ball when you're in court! And remember when it comes to your clients defense, you can use anything. It's not the same things it's anything receptions even confirmed that yes it's the client that's in charge on how to defences played out and you can use anything for your defense. As I said my identification was switched when I was 8 years old and how do you confirm who the client is well last time I checked you check the parents because if the identification was Switched then you can't go that identification because legally that's not person what is one thing that never changes DNA information so if the person relates to the accused parents then not the accused . It's been proven that I had a client was not related to my cousin's mother. My cousin is the accused , but it was done by ancestry . That's why I said a legal DNA test had to be ordered to confirm the rest of my defence but they would not let that happen. They said we would but then turn around a few weeks later and said oh we can't. That means they're covering stuff up and when I said I've been recording the messages they flipped out because I knew I had them on covering stuff up because why would you flip out if you're being recorded one reason and the only reason I can think of is if you're doing something wrong and you know it's been recorded recorded was made of it .
