Horrible experience was completely useless. Mr van dyke was very cold and far from understanding. Would barely let me get a word out without cutting me off. Overall very unhelpful would not recommend
Sent in a request to chat; assistant seemed impatient and it was pretty obvious they wanted to see if there was a big score on this claim because she kept asking about the value of the case (phone call was less than 3 minutes long, 2 mins of hold as she called when I was leaving my home). Look elsewhere. UPDATE**Note the response from "the owner". The only question you kept asking was how much is the claim worth (making sure you interrupted our 1 minute conversation to keep posing that question). Why not ask what happened? I think that question would have went better. Also note, "the owner" who is most likely the receptionist answering this, does not indicate any miscommunication or misunderstanding. Just arrogance. I've also attached their quoted response in case they try to change it going forward. "I am sorry that you feel that way. We ask questions to ensure we can assist you". Again, go somewhere else. They're clearly looking for a big payday and can't be bothered to do their job (client intake) correctly.
