What a long journey I had to go through with this firm and my experience, but things finally wrapped up recently, and I am so grateful for the final outcome.
In 2018 I had a very bad fall on my face onto concrete.
It was a long and extensive recovery for me to get back to my former self with much suffering from the effects from the long term concussion I sustained.
As well as a concussion, i also had to deal with eye tracking issues, balance issues, and many hours of chiropractic and physiotherapy that was needed in order for me to re strengthen my weakened body.
I had to relearn ways to do many basic things and I worked as hard as someone would at an Olympic level because everything became that level of difficult to try and overcome for me.
Around 2004 I had a previous injury in a department store that I decided to sue the store about because it happened in the children's shoes section when I was looking for shoes for my kindergarten aged child.
If it had been her that sustained the injury I did her life would have never been the same.
Because of this fact I decided to sue the store for neglect.
At that time when I contacted this firm I think it went under the name Pointe Quinn & Thiele.
Since they were the only lawyers I ever dealt with, I decided to contact them again when this injury took place in 2018.
I ended up dealing with 3 different lawyers for this case.
Two of them ended up leaving for private and personal reasons known only to them, and then I met Marty Mikhail.
Right from the moment I spoke to Marty I felt that he was significantly different from the other lawyers I interacted with at this firm.
He was hopeful, and when he spoke about his clients he spoke as if he genuinely cared about them and he promised me that even though I would have to wait just a little longer, and that he would work very hard and do his absolute best to make the outcome of my case as positive of one as he could.
Marty was always friendly, courteous, respectful, thorough, and very professional and he really did come through with what he promised.
When the final day came to settle the case I completely trusted Marty's judgement, listened to him carefully and felt that his experience and advice was completely just, sound and honest.
In the end I was so pleased about the outcome of this case, and I am so grateful and thankful to everyone who interacted with me that day but especially Marty.
Thank you Marty for all the hours you devoted and for the dedication, honesty, and genuine manner in which you deal with your clients.
Additionally, I have to also mention Michaela Leeder. She was there with the firm from the very beginning of this case, and she always took my calls in a very professional and courteous manner.
I just wanted to let her know how much I appreciated her time, effort and dedication as well to those she worked for.
If anyone reading this is ever dealing with a personal injury in the future, Marty Mikhail and his team of the firm Quinn Thiele Mineault and Grosdzki LLP would be highly recommended and in my opinion, an exceptional choice.
