Lawyers wouldn't even take the time to speak to me about my case. Had the law clerk call and said I was denied with zero explanation. No compassion or care. Definitely the fast food of law services

Disgusting company that refused to take my case all of these lawyers are abusive and im sick and tired of this stupid system we have that neglects citizens when their health is failing and needing legal help.

Horrible experience dealing with this company. I was one of the first client in Ottawa. Our lawyer's name was Kevin Butler. At the beginning I had to deal with Toronto office. They were very nice at the beginning. Responded very quickly. As day goes by, they did not do their job on time. Every time I call for information, I was told someone will get back to me within 2 days, but they never got back to me, they were doing this over and over. They could not get the 20% expense that insurance did not cover. I feel like our lawyer was scared off the other party's lawyer. I did not feel that our lawyer was working for us. Instead he was trying to settle down had a much lower amount. Our car got hit by another van at a red light. And I was very upset to have a settlement like this. At times our lawyer was trying to convince me to accept quarter percent of the money that he told us initially. I do not recommend anyone to this company. I heard there much better law farms in Ottowa, that can do much better job than them. I regret going with diamond and diamond.....
