This company could not / didn't / would not update their google contact information, the number displayed connects to my personal cell number for whatever reason. I have been getting calls from potential clients for 8 months (First contacted the law office in January of 2025 notifying them of this problem...) for people looking to use their services. I have now been letting people know, if this company is so negligent in getting this simple phone number on google fixed, I advise every person who calls now to NOT use their services based on incompetence, negligence and laziness. You guys are loosing business and I have called in multiple times to ask this to be fixed. All I think you have to do, not that I work in IT in any capacity is contact google and get google to route the calls to the actual number listed, not my personal cell phone. I was obviously frustrated when I called today for what feels like the 50th time and Lisa just told me she "won't talk to me until I calm down" and she hung up on me, TWICE....... However, when I've made multiple calm complaints in the past nothing happened and then today, the staff gaslights me me for finally be so frustrated with this I am angry after 8 MONTHS of trying to calmly get this fixed. Furthermore in response to below, I never claimed to be a client and the screenshot I am going to include shows my first contact was in January of this year, not June. I had contacted them twice in January, Once in June . So yes, after 3 attempts at calmly asking the staff to fix this I am tired of being constantly harassed by people looking for their office. It is not an issue with my phone as implied below; it is an issue with their company google account. This is the only company I get calls like this from. Your claims of testing things prior to today and it working is false as I received a call today and also last week sometime for people looking for your office (along with many other times over the past couple of months). If you properly took the time to call Google or Hire an IT expert to actually fix the problem, people wouldn't still be contacting me as of today if your "tests" had worked. You are lawyers, not IT professionals... It is not my problem you decided to push to issue aside and not properly address it until today when I go public with my dissatisfaction and frustration. Even now, you haven't contacted google and you don't know why I have been getting calls for 8 months when people click your link online. If you were that "committed" as you claim, (which is a joke) you would have solved the problem the first (01/17/2025), second (01/22/2025) when I couldn't even get ahold of someone, or third time (06/13/2025) I called in stating something was going on. You can see the evidence below of my attempts to contact you and the dates, you didn't show commitment to solving this until I got frustrated. You showed me through your own actions you don't respect my time at all for months on end.......instead of trying to add a false narrative maybe try to take responsibility for your previous negligence to this issue before it blew up. Waiting 8 months for something to be fixed is ample time, does not set the situation up for a calm respectful interaction and I am not in the wrong for being frustrated. Your team didn't make a single call to me following up to see if the problem was fixed other than the day of which would provide no long term confirmation the issue was fixed. It was majority always myself contacting you, the only time I got calls back would be the day of if at all. If you had any comprehension of how disruptive these calls are when I am trying to work , you would have taken the first 3 calls notifying you of this problem more seriously. Stop claiming you were so committed, your actions do not show that. Furthermore, I don't "believe" someone was calling me, I know people have been calling me. I even attached a screenshot today showing the contact made from some random person looking for your services; this isn't a belief, it's fact.
