The two stars are for Caitlin, who deserves four or five. FayAnn on the other hand, lead me on. "Don't worry. I've got this." Until she decided she didn't want to. We had our OCL disclosure meeting, which showcased a report full of lies. FayAnn didn't even give me the opportunity to explain or provide evidence THAT I HAVE showing it wrong. Instead, all I got was "you're losing your children because of your actions." Subsequently, I produced a 200+ dispute. When your lawyer chooses not to believe in you, you're no longer a good match.

Timeliness and communication with FayAnn and her assistant Caitlyn were absolutely top tier. Anytime I had questions about forms and the separation/divorce process, Caitlyn was a total superstar and got back to me with detailed answers very promptly. Anytime I submitted any documentation or needed correspondence from the other party handled, FayAnn took care of it right away. I always had support when I needed it, and there were no hiccups in the quality of their work ever. I can't recommend them enough.

I cannot say enough great things about FayAnn and Caitlyn. I came to them during the pandemic. Up until that time I wasn't getting anywhere with my case and had pretty much lost all hope that anything would be in my favour. Previous attorneys had multiple assistants so it always felt like quantity over quality. FayAnn only has Caitlyn and it comes through with everything they do. She is very compassionate and understanding but more importantly she knows your case. By the time things were done she helped me get exactly what I had hoped for. 6 stars if I could. I recommend her to anyone that asks.

FayAnn listened to me and followed my lead in writing my marriage contract. She gave good advice and worked quickly and promptly. Caitlyn her assistant was kind and stayed in contact with me throught the process.
