Very impressed with the professionalism and integrity of Nick and the team. From the start, they were honest, transparent, and clear about the process. I would avoid. They were very sloppy with handling the case, have very poor internal communication so you are forced to repeat yourself constantly, they force you into targeted questions that will ignore anything more complicated about your case, they aren't able to take accountability for their sloppiness... and in my case that resulted in them directly mocking and laughing at me after their misunderstanding, then working harder to build a case against me to get out of their obligations than they ever put into actually representing me. This was behaviour I dealt with from everyone at the firm. Nick would tell Rob what he wanted to have happened, and that caused Rob to come at me, mocking me with arbitrary qualifiers like their age being and being "nice guys," which were irrelevant, given it was just a matter of them reading emails before committing to their misconduct toward me. They pushed against me, seeing communications regarding my case, ultimately needing to abide by my request as it was my right as a client... but not before a bunch of my time was wasted due to that misunderstanding, due to their poor internal communication and integrity. Their behaviour of using their reputation of being lawyers to attempt to have me silenced caused more complications in my life and left my case more complicated than when I had taken them on as my representation. They added hours of labour on my end that should have been their duty to begin with. Their polite demeanour disappears the moment they feel justified in violating the most basic expectations of their profession, revealing a surprisingly nasty side. Once they knew I was in a more vulnerable state, they abandoned me, hoping I wouldn't show up to the motion to set things straight. I did.

After an accident I was recommended Deutschmann by my family. I have never needed a lawer before, but Alexander as well as other staff I had worked with, made what was a very dark time, much easier. The team was very competent and patient, taking time to make sure I understood fully every step of the process. Overall would 100% recommended their amazing service!!
