They done exactly what they said they were going to do , they helped me exactly how they said they would and for that I'm happy . if I could request anything at all , it would be to provide a small amount more comfort when times get tough because they do. you're not allowed to work you have bills coming in and you have no income because you're waiting. maybe gather a list of resources food banks and places that can help who you would need to call if you need to rearrange payment plans maybe have like a guidance representative . They are wonderful with legal care but I would like to see a change in their client life care. I'm only saying this because usually when someone gets a lawyer involved it's because everything is going wrong and spiraling and is something they can't handle on their own. the change I would like to see is show us that you care , we know and understand there are wait times and procedures and paperwork to file but if these items were available maybe people wouldn't have to feel bad later for lashing out because they were worried angry and stressed on the brink of losing everything and being told there's nothing they can do about it . It's something small a collection of resources and some reassuring words it doesn't cost much and it can vastly improve your client services.
