I've had several attorneys of the years and this legal team from the owner Charles to the yes men in the office (Zachary waxmen) has been by far the worst I've ever hired. If you're looking for legal help for a Custody battle. I would re consider hiring this team. If you want someone to truly care about your case, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. My experience with Charles Kania's law firm was overly disappointing, disheartening, and ultimately a waste of time and money. This wasn't just a case to us it's our life, our future and it deserved care, urgency, and attention. Unfortunately, the handling of our matter made it painfully clear that we were just a number to them. There was a complete lack of communication and minimal effort from the first Financial transaction. It felt like they were only interested in quick money, not real results. Charles has an Extremely bad attitude and act like he's above his Clientele. When someone trusts a law firm with something so serious, they should never be made to feel ignored or brushed aside. Sadly, that's exactly what happened. I had to hired another attorney within a couple days to replace Charles because he dropped out of our case last second leaving us Without representation. Praise God, though, because the attorney I hired made more progress in a couple hours and Charles has made this entire time on the case. I'm sure once Charles read this he'll come up with something slick to say in the comments just like all the other negative reviews Sadly, these reviews are put out there so teams can make Experiences better. Thanks for scamming us, Charles. It's obvious how much you care. Your google page is a perfect representation of what kind of attorney and firm you're running! Don't waste your dime or your hope on this firm. You deserve representation that actually cares.

Had a great experience working with this firm. Charles answered all of my questions from start to finish and would send me articles from his website that helped explain the things that were going on in my case and walked me through what to expect at each step.
