UPDATE:The firm responded by calling me a "terrible client" for leaving honest feedback. This public insult proves my point about unprofessional communication.Let me address their claims:"Looking for service for free" - I contacted you for the FREE consultation YOU advertise. That's what free consultations are for."Aghast we didn't review their report for free" - I wasn't aghast. I asked a simple question: "Did you read what I sent?" You said no. That's fine, but it explains the rushed assessment."Seven minutes" - You're confirming my point. Seven minutes, no document review, no questions, dismissive conclusion."Multitude of experience in their exact case" - Then why did two other construction defect attorneys who actually reviewed the engineering report have different opinions?"Terrible clients" - I gave you 2 stars (not 1), explicitly gave you the benefit of the doubt about having a bad day, and left balanced feedback. Your response - a public personal attack - is exactly the dismissive, unprofessional attitude I experienced on the phone.I tried to be fair. You chose to be insulting. Updating to 1 star because your response proves this wasn't a "bad day" - this is how you treat people.Poor communication and unprofessional consultation experience
_____
I contacted Enlow Law for a free consultation regarding a construction defect case. I sent over documents including a structural engineering report.
The experience was disappointing. The attorney never identified himself via text. When he finally called, the conversation was extremely brief and he was short and seemed bothered on the phone. He didn't ask questions or seem willing to look at different angles. When I asked if he had read the documents I sent, he said no.
Given it was advertised as a free 5-minute consultation, I wasn't expecting an in-depth review, but the dismissive tone was frustrating when he hadn't even looked at what I sent.
Two other attorneys I consulted had different opinions about my case, which suggests construction defects may not be this firm's specialty. We were just getting other opinions as we should.
This review reflects less on their expertise and more on the communication experience. I would have given 1 star, but I'm assuming he was having a really bad day--or at least I hope that's why he was so short and unwilling to engage. They may be excellent attorneys in other practice areas.
Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere if you need a construction defect attorney because the attorney who called me(unnamed) only had one angle.

Zach represented my sister in a civil case and exceeded every expectation. He was not only highly knowledgeable but also honest, genuine, and always kept our best interests at heart. The mediation process felt comfortable and never pressured, which was such a relief. Zach is truly a breath of fresh air in a field where trust can be hard to find.

We are pleased to offer our wholehearted recommendation for our attorney Zach Enlow for dedicating himself to our civil case, when no other lawyer would even accept it since our case was against a behemoth with virtually unlimited resources. Besides having education in the legal arts, Mr. Enlow is a fighter trained in Mixed Martial Arts and in the art of war from his education at the United States Military Academy at West Point. He devised and implemented a cost-effective legal strategy. His determination in this clear case of right versus wrong led him to reach out to another expert in litigation against our opponent and their combined synergy led to victory and more importantly justice in our case.
As such, we recommend Mr. Enlow as the correct lawyer for whatever your legal problem is. He will analyze it to determine whether it is worth pursuing, and then give an opinion that is honest based on the West Point Honor Code he graduated with that emphasizes "A Cadet will not lie, cheat, or steal, or tolerate those who do" rather than an opinion that racks up high unneeded costs for you and unjust profits for him like lawyers are known to do. Likewise, he will partner with whatever other legal experts necessary or hand over the case entirely to another lawyer he recommends if the other lawyer is better versed in the particular area of law. Most importantly, Mr. Enlow will then doggedly pursue your legal problem to an appropriate conclusion that benefits you. You cannot go wrong hiring Mr. Enlow.
